Owner's perspective - We were absolutely delighted to move into our home, which is steeped in history; having previously been a church house and robing room for bishops, and then owned by the same family for almost 100 years. The house is lovely and cool in the summer, and equally cosy in the winter with very good central heating, an open fire and log burners. Next door is the historic St Michael's church, which has a regular congregation and offers beautiful views from the house across the churchyard whilst you are eating dinner!
