Owner's perspective - Although having always lived in Derbyshire, Marston Montgomery was new territory for us, almost twenty years have passed and we love it just as much as the day we moved in. Broom Cottage is situated in the heart of the village, steps away from the village pub, local school and a walk away from the beautiful Derbyshire Dales countryside. Situated between Ashbourne and Uttoxeter, and in close proximity to the A50 the village is a perfect hideaway from the hustle & bustle of life, while being close enough to commute to numerous towns, and cities. The house is deceptively spacious, and we loved living here. What more can we say….
