Owner's perspective - We moved into the property in 2017 and purchased the house as new. Situated opposite the green open space and having beautiful views over Ashbourne, It is a lovely short stroll down into the town and shops. The house is ideally located for those commuting and closely situated to both A52 and A50. We have loved raising our children here, spending time in the garden in the peaceful family setting.
