Owner's perspective - I bought 112 Lady Lea Road as my first house many years ago, I have a lot of happy memories in this little house. It was always warm and cosy and was cost effective to maintain. It was perfectly situated for me, as I worked in Derby, so a 15 minute commute each day was ideal. I would never have lived in the city as I like the countryside too much, so this house was perfect for me, as the views over the fields gives it that countryside feel. Local amenities in the village are also a bonus, with the local Co-Op being a 2 minute walk, the bus route is around the corner and the local pub is a 5 minute walk too. There’s also lots of lovely walks in the area, without having to drive to get there.
Unfortunately there isn’t a driveway, however the off street parking was never a problem, as all the neighbours choose their own parking spot.
