Owner's perspective - I have lived in this house for 17 years and have found it a very comfortable place to live with beautiful scenery. Not being a driver I have found it ideal to live a few yards from a bus stop going to Derby, Ashbourne and Uttoxeter. The neighbours are very friendly and welcoming. I shall be sad to leave!
