Owner's perspective - "Carsington is a lovely village close to the Peak District National Park and we have enjoyed living here with our dogs with lots of fantastic walks close by, including at Carsington Water and the local High Peak and Tissington trails. We love the soul of our house with its log burner, stone mullions and beams. The house and its country garden, have been the setting for many get-togethers with friends and neighbours. The village sense of community remains very strong with various group activities including for gardeners and singers, and there is a busy local pub and the church offers monthly services. We shall be very sad to leave but will take many happy memories with us."
