Owner's perspective - "I have really enjoyed living in my beautiful Victorian house for the past nine years. It has been a lovely home and a place where I have made many happy memories.
As a family, one of the things we have all appreciated most is its location. Being in town means that so many everyday amenities are within easy reach, including doctors, shops, schools, the leisure centre, bars, restaurants and the dentist. Having these facilities so close by has made life incredibly convenient and has been especially helpful for day-to-day living.
It has given us as a family home plenty of living space and has been adaptable over the years to suit our growing family needs.
I have also enjoyed the character and charm that comes with living in a Victorian house. It has a lovely sense of history and individuality that makes it feel very different from a modern property.
Our garden is terraced, with plenty of seating areas including decking and timber gazebo, with French bed, I love to escape up there with a good book!
There is a designated permitted parking area or street parking which myself and family use."
