Both Directors’ have estate agency experience in strong customer focused roles – Stuart has 29 years, and Nick, although not totally in the industry, has over thirty-five years customer experience in a combination of running his own long established family retail business, and latterly working with Stuart, for a well-known local estate agent in Ashbourne.
We enjoy speaking to clients, as well as sharing our passion for their properties by producing high quality photographs, floorplans and brochures. We actively market their home on property portals, across social media platforms, combined with being experts in negotiation. All these selling techniques help you achieve the optimum selling price, and provide you with a cost-effective approach to selling your home.
